- Operational Efficiency: Continuously optimize program processes, leveraging automation and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Resource Management: Work closely with the internal teams to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring timely support for ISV integration, technical alignment, and marketing activities.
- KPI Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ISV program, including partner onboarding times, partner engagement levels, and program impact on Lansweeper’s growth.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics to monitor partner performance, program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks within the program and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Internal Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on ISV program goals, integration processes, and partner support needs.
- External Partner Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners regarding program updates, initiatives, and performance insights. Ensure clear communication of program benefits and expectations.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Provide program updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic discussions around program direction, improvements, and growth opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive ISV programs, and partner needs. Use insights to continually evolve and innovate Lansweeper’s ISV program.
- Program Optimization: Regularly assess and refine the ISV program to ensure it remains competitive, compelling, and valuable to both Lansweeper and its ISV partners.
