Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering EMEA 


Context & Impact

Lansweeper is investing in this new leadership role to scale and professionalize the EMEA Solutions Engineering (SE) function as the business accelerates toward enterprise, value‑based selling

As our Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering EMEA, you will lead a growing pre‑sales organization that directly influences enterprise win rates, deal size, and customer trust. In the near term, your focus will be on building scalable SE processes, strengthening value‑led selling across ITAM, Cybersecurity, and ITSM, and supporting increasingly complex strategic deals across EMEA. 

 

Challenge

The main challenges you'll face are: 

  • Scaling and leading a distributed EMEA Solutions Engineering team while maintaining consistency and impact  

  • Translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI for executive stakeholders  

  • Aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partners in a fast‑growing, transformation‑driven environment 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale the EMEA Solutions Engineering team, fostering high performance and a growth mindset  

  • Define and operationalize SE strategy, processes, and “metrics that matter” to improve efficiency and coverage  

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Channel teams on high‑impact, complex enterprise opportunities  

  • Drive consultative, value‑based selling across IT Asset Management (ITAM), Cybersecurity, and ITSM solutions  

  • Act as executive‑level technical advisor for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders 

 

Key Requirements
Hard skills:
 

  • 8+ years in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering, with 5+ years in people leadership roles  

  • Proven leadership experience in high‑growth Enterprise SaaS environments  

  • Strong expertise in ITAM, Cybersecurity (ASM, vulnerability management, risk mitigation), and ITSM / CMDB  

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS architecture, integrations, and ecosystems (ServiceNow preferred)  

  • Track record supporting enterprise and strategic customers across complex sales cycles 


Soft skills:
 

  • Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder influence  

  • Ability to simplify complexity into compelling, value‑led narratives  

  • Comfortable operating in change, scale, and transformation environments

You’ll join the Solutions Engineering EMEA team, working closely with Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Partner teams.  

  • Reporting to: SVP of Enterprise Sales, EMEA  

  • Team size: Confidential / scaling  

  • Location: EMEA (Belgium and UK preferred; Netherlands also considered)
