Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales (AMER/USA)
Context & Impact:
Lansweeper is on course to become the leading Total Asset visibility platform for large complex enterprises, as part of this transformation we are looking for a high energy enterprise sales leader to lead and scale Enterprise Sales within your region (AMER), shaping how we engage, grow, and expand within our largest enterprise accounts. Your focus will be on driving long‑term ARR growth, enabling sophisticated enterprise selling, and building a high‑performing leadership culture within the regional sales hub.
Challenge:
The main challenges you’ll face are:
Transforming a transactional, renewal‑led motion into strategic enterprise selling
Coaching teams to win complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals
Driving net‑new pipeline and account expansion within large, multi‑arm enterprise organizations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 6–8 Enterprise Account Executives toward enterprise‑level selling excellence
Drive a shift from renewal‑based motions to proactive hunting, multi‑threading, and solution‑based enterprise sales
Build and execute multi‑year account strategies focused on upsell, cross‑sell, and new use cases and business expansion opportunities
Experience selling to CIO/CISO, ITSM, ITAM, Asset Intelligence and Cyber Security
Lead a high performing team on selling net new ARR large enterprise and continue to develop reps to run senior‑level, value‑driven conversations with buying groups of 6–10+ stakeholders
Comfortable working in high growth environments during periods of change
Partner closely with senior leadership to refine enterprise GTM strategy and segmentation
Key Requirements
Hard skills:
Established enterprise SaaS sales leader with min. 5+ years in management roles and a strong foundation as a quota‑carrying Account Executive
Advanced capability across CRM‑driven opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline governance
Experience managing and coaching enterprise or upper mid‑market sellers
Deep expertise in solution‑based selling, complex deal cycles, and enterprise account planning
Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups, procurement processes, and sales cycles
Experience driving ARR growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and account expansion
Soft skills:
Strong executive presence; confident engaging with C‑level and senior stakeholders
Change leadership mindset with the ability to transform and elevate sales teams
High‑energy, hands‑on leadership style with direct, authentic feedback
