You’ll be at the heart of our Engineering Operations team, solving one of the industry’s hottest challenges: how to use AI, autonomous agents, and experimentation to revolutionize developer productivity.

2. What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be shipping AI features — you’ll be reshaping how developers work:

• Building AI‑powered developer tools that feel like superpowers in the IDE

• Orchestrating agentic AI systems with MCP and multi‑agent frameworks

• Running experiments (A/B testing, rollouts, productivity frameworks) to prove impact

• Partnering closely with DevOps, leadership and security to keep tools scalable, safe, and compliant

• Bringing engineers along on the journey: teaching, onboarding, storytelling

3. What You’ll Bring

We know talent is diverse, but ideally you’ll bring:

Hard skills:

• 5+ years in software engineering / platform engineering / productivity tooling

• Hands‑on with LLM‑based developer tools (code gen, code review, planning)

• Strong grip on agentic AI & orchestration

• Experience with MCP and multi‑agent environments

• Comfortable with Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust + IaC

• Knowledge of CI/CD, monorepos, telemetry, IDE plugins

Soft skills:

• Critical Thinking

• Collaboration & Storytelling

• Result Focus

Bonus points if:

• You’ve contributed to open‑source AI productivity projects

• You bring background in HCI, DevEx or behavioral data analytics
