Following our exciting acquisition of a software company specialized in IT Asset Management, we’re launching a new wave of innovation — and we need you to help bring it to market successfully.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our Early Adopter Program (EAP). You'll play a central role in ensuring select customers experience real value from our early-stage capabilities while continuously channeling feedback into our product and engineering teams. This is a key role with real customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage EAP customer engagements from onboarding to program completion, ensuring a structured, outcome-driven experience.
Act as the bridge between EAP customers and Lansweeper’s engineering and product teams, facilitating two-way feedback and clarifying expectations.
Proactively onboard and guide customers through proof-of-concept (POC) phases to demonstrate value quickly.
Provide clear and consistent reporting to internal stakeholders, including status dashboards, risks, and customer sentiment.
Identify trends and insights from EAP interactions to influence product priorities and go-to-market readiness.
Collaborate with support, CX, presales, and sales teams to ensure alignment across phases of the customer lifecycle.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, success, or implementation for SaaS or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of IT asset management and/or enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. discovery, integrations, CMDB, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects with varying levels of complexity.
Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with both technical teams and customer stakeholders.
Organized, quick on your feet, and deeply customer-centric.
Bonus Points
