Job description
As our P&W Coordinator for the Italian office in Rome, your role is dedicated to creating the Best Work Experience at Lansweeper and contributing to employee lifecycle excellence. Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to work in-office, five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Job requirements
Payroll & Employee benefits
· Support in the process of payroll data for wages, commissions, and bonuses and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
· Support employees through the onboarding and off-boarding processes, including equipment coordination, benefits enrollment, agreement e-sign requests, and other administrative tasks
· Perform other data entry in HRIS and Benefits portals as needed
· Assist with various ad hoc HR projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and global projects within the People and Culture Team
Workplace Experience
· Be a culture ambassador for colleagues and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment and overseeing all aspects of office facilities, including site security, property maintenance, repairs, mail services, and office supplies
· Lead daily operations, handle official correspondence, and manage meeting bookings and setups, ensuring employees have all necessary information regarding office equipment
· Collaborate with the local employee event committee in the Rome office to organize and communicate company events and holiday celebrations, including team-building activities and lunches
· Resolve office issues, order supplies, manage office access, support travel arrangements, and maintain vendor relationships
· Manage HR/ office expenses and invoices
· Continuously seek ways to enhance office functionality and the employee experience

I have:
· At least 3 years of relevant human resources support and/or office admin management experience.
· An understanding that this position is primarily in-office due to the nature of the role.

· Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional communication skills with extensive knowledge of written and spoken English
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
