Partner Account Executive (MSP) – B2B SaaS | Cyber Asset Intelligence

As a key player in our team, you’ll spearhead efforts to engage MSPs, helping them unlock their full potential with Lansweeper’s innovative Cyber Asset Intelligence Platform. From building long-term client relationships to crafting tailored solutions and driving market growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping success stories for both MSPs and Lansweeper.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development – not only will you win the MSP for Lansweeper, you will continue to manage the growth of that MSP through its journey with us
Identify, prospect, and acquire new MSP clients through research, networking, social media, and cold outreach.
Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities within the MSP sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of MSPs.
2. Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with MSP clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main commercial point of contact for MSP accounts, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing MSP client base.
3. Solution Selling
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand MSPs’ business models, challenges, and technical requirements.
Present and demonstrate Lansweeper solutions effectively, showcasing how they align with MSP needs and can be integrated into service offerings to increase revenue.
Recommend appropriate licensing models for MSPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals that deliver mutual value.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the Technical Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption for MSP clients.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client feedback to the leadership team.
5. Market Awareness
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and MSP market dynamics.
Position Lansweeper as the go-to solution for MSPs by effectively communicating value propositions.
Requirements
A proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or MSP space.
The ability to execute sales basics like a champion to uncover multiple use cases for Lansweeper: ask probing questions, objection handling, negotiation, and asking for the close!
A proven ability to drive commercial growth with a sense of urgency and ownership through strategic engagement and opportunity development.
A solid understanding of IT environments, networks, and protocols.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value to diverse audiences.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and priorities.
The ability to travel 1-2x per quarter for events and conferences.
Fluency in English and business conversation-level French required.
