Context We’re expanding rapidly. Despite our diverse HR team, we're seeking more expertise in payroll and general HR functions.

Impact You'll manage crucial payroll and HR-related tasks with Kelly, our People & Workplace Coordinator, and Liesbet, our People & Culture Lead. Your role focuses on payroll, fleet management, HR projects, and improving workplace culture.

The Role Join Lansweeper as a Payroll and General HR Coordinator in Belgium and the UK. Enhance employee experiences and manage the employee lifecycle. This in-office role is based in Merelbeke, Belgium.

Responsibilities: Payroll & Employee Benefits

  • Process payroll effectively, including wages, bonuses, and commissions.

  • Manage benefits programs for Belgian and UK staff.

  • Oversee fleet management and handle car park queries.

  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with a focus on HR.

  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS and benefits portals.

  • Engage in HR projects for continuous improvement.

Workplace Experience

  • Serve as a culture ambassador with a focus on office coordination.

  • Oversee facilities, office security, and supplies.

  • Collaborate on events with the office event committee.

  • Address office issues, manage orders, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle global HR and office expenses.

  • Enhance office functionality and employee experiences.

Focus: Payroll (65%), Workplace Experience (35%)

  • Strong administrative communication skills.

  • A Master’s degree in HR.
