Context We're experiencing rapid expansion, and although our HR team is specialized, we're seeking skilled HR and payroll professionals.
Impact You’ll handle essential HR and payroll matters, including office management, alongside Kelly, our People & Workplace Coordinator, and Liesbet, our People & Culture Lead. Focus on payroll, fleet management, and enhancing the workplace culture.
We’d be lost without you (just kidding, maybe).
The Role Join Lansweeper as an HR and Payroll Officer in Belgium and the UK. Enhance employee experiences and manage the employee lifecycle. This in-office role is based in Merelbeke, Belgium.
Responsibilities: Payroll & Employee Benefits
Accurately process payroll, including wages, commissions, bonuses.
Manage employee benefits programs for Belgium and UK.
Oversee fleet management and address car park inquiries.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with an HR focus.
Input and maintain data in HRIS and benefits portals.
Support HR projects for process improvement.
Workplace Experience
Act as a culture ambassador for a professional workspace.
Manage facilities, security, and office supplies.
Collaborate with the event committee for company celebrations.
Handle office management tasks, including orders and travel.
Manage global HR and office expenses.
Continuously improve office functionality and culture.
Focus: Payroll (65%), Workplace Experience (35%)

A Master’s degree in HR.
