Job description

FinTech Lead

Context & Impact:
As we scale from ~€100M to €500M ARR, Lansweeper is transforming its Finance and Operations backbone. To enable automation, accuracy, and scalability across our Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) and billing processes, we’re hiring a FinTech Lead to drive system and process excellence across our finance stack.

You’ll act as the connective tissue between Finance, RevOps, Product & Engineering — building automation, improving accuracy, and ensuring we can sell, bill, and report faster as we grow globally.

The goal: streamline Q2C processes, reduce manual billing by 40%+, and set the foundation for a scalable, compliant SaaS billing framework.

Challenge:

The main challenges you'll face are:

  • Navigating complex stakeholder management between Finance, RevOps, and technical system teams — aligning priorities and driving adoption.

  • Balancing hands‑on delivery with strategic design — translating business needs into scalable automation.

  • Managing a multi‑system landscape (Salesforce, NetSuite, Maxio, Workato, Adyen, Avalara) while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and performance.

  • Driving automation so we can scale efficiently without proportional headcount growth

  • Preparing our FinOps stack for future acquisitions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the FinTech systems roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement across Finance and Operations.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, automated system solutions and actionable roadmaps.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product to design and deliver end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash workflows.

  • Configure, test, and validate system changes — ensuring performance, compliance, and data integrity.

  • Oversee integrations across the FinTech stack (Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Maxio, Workato, Avalara, Adyen).

  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants to deliver automation projects on time and budget.

  • Lead or support subscription management and billing automation initiatives across global SaaS markets.

Key Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance Systems, FinOps, or Q2C transformation within B2B SaaS or PE‑backed technology environments.

  • Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Maxio/Chargebee/Zuora, Workato, Avalara, and Adyen

  • Deep understanding of SaaS billing, subscription management, and global tax compliance (VAT/Sales/withholding)

  • Solid project management and testing discipline — end‑to‑end delivery ownership from design to go‑live.

  • Experience integrating systems post‑merger or acquisition is a strong plus.

Soft skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management — able to align Finance, RevOps, and technical teams around shared outcomes.

  • Confident yet collaborative communicator — able to challenge functional or technical assumptions with data and diplomacy.

  • Flexible and pragmatic — thriving in an MVP‑driven, fast‑moving SaaS environment

Our Offer:

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and SaaS industry benchmarks.

  • Comprehensive benefits package (insurance, pension, allowances, and bonus scheme).

  • Opportunities for career growth and learning — with exposure to product, engineering, and strategic Q2C transformation.

  • Flexibility in working hours and remote/hybrid work across EMEA.

  • Company‑wide events, team meetups, and global engagement initiatives.
