Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS) – Enterprise Accounts

2. What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be managing accounts — you’ll be growing them:

  • Building authentic, multi‑level relationships across your enterprise customers.

  • Partnering with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders to position Lansweeper as core to their IT & Security strategy.

  • Driving upsell, cross‑sell, adoption and retention in your portfolio — €5k to €200k expansion opportunities, year after year.

  • Applying SPICED value selling to uncover pain and connect measurable business value.

  • Working side‑by‑side with Product, Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Channel teams to create winning plays.

3. What You’ll Bring

Hard skills: Enterprise SaaS Sales experience / Value‑based selling technique / Consultative sales approach / Account mapping skills / Ability to handle medium to high client volume


Soft skills: Result Focus / Strategic Thinking / Social Influence (trusted storytelling with stakeholders)

6. Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join our Enterprise Sales Team of 8 Account Managers in two EMEA sub‑teams.
You’ll report into the Enterprise Sales Manager and collaborate daily with Customer Acquisition, Product, Marketing, and Channel Sales colleagues.
