Digital Marketing Specialist/ Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Belgium

Reports to: Global Demand Generation Director

As a Campaign Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising global integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and brand awareness across key audience segments.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, digital, events, digital marketing operations and sales teams to deliver integrated, measurable, and scalable programs across multiple channels. Main goal: pipeline generation.

You’re a proactive, hands-on Digital Marketeer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong executional rigor, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making to every campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning: Define campaign goals, audience segments, and channel mix aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Execution: Launch and manage end-to-end campaigns across email, paid digital, social, events, and partner channels.

Content & Asset Coordination: Brief and collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to deliver compelling assets that support campaign objectives.

Performance Tracking & ROI: Monitor campaign KPIs and performance in tools like Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ad platforms; optimize based on insights. Clear understanding of data tracking (UTM parameters, lead scoring, grading, etc)

Budget Management: Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and seamless execution.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test messaging, channels, and formats to improve campaign outcomes.

Marketing Ops & Tech: Use marketing automation and CRM tools to manage workflows, segment audiences, and report on campaign results.

Post-Campaign Analysis: Deliver clear and actionable insights through reporting and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

·         4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management

·         Strong project management and organizational skills

·         Hands-on

·         Proficiency in tools like Project Management platforms (Monday, Clickup), Marketing Automation tools (Pardot), Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms, experience with agency relationship / management.

·         Understanding and/or management of different marketing channels for campaign execution like: google ads, bing ads, reddit, x, meta, email marketing, in-product notifications (Pendo), website (WordPress), webinars (Zoom, BigMarker), manage third party partners for content syndication, outsourced webinars, online PR platforms.

·         Data-driven mindset with a passion for measurable results
