A day in the life of… You will advise, analyze and convince. 

You will… 

  • Provide potential customers and partners with an in-depth technical overview of Lansweeper’s solution. 

  • Advise on anything from the initial rollout and configuration to security compliance and custom developments. 

  • Help set up and guide PoCs with potential customers. 

  • Assist the sales team to identify customer needs and challenges and propose ways to solve them. 

  • Create re-usable collateral to scale your expertise across the team. 

  • Become a subject matter expert in our solution and the IT landscape of our customers. 

  • Be available for ad-hoc calls, demo’s, emails and on-site customer interactions. 

  • Participate in new hiring and ongoing technical trainings of our team. 

  • Share ideas about improving our product and processes as well as customer engagement information. 

  • You'll collaborate closely with the pre-sales team and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. Engage with sales, including direct sales, account management, and partners, while maintaining regular contact with our customer support, customer success, and product teams

Job requirements

Are you the new Pre-Sales Engineer at Lansweeper?

  • 3 years of experience in a solutions engineer or pre-sales role, particularly in SaaS or related software.

  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers daily, translating tech talk into meaningful interactions.

  • Your inquisitive and curious nature and commercial mindset allow you to leverage IT expertise for insightful demos and uncovering customer needs, showcasing our solutions' value.

  • As a team player you are dedicated to supporting the sales team, removing technical barriers to ensure our focus remains on helping customers, contributing to Lansweeper's success.

  • You bring versatile experience in both Enterprise and mid-market spaces, demonstrating the ability to engage fluently with diverse user bases - from large enterprises to smaller businesses.
