About the role 

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for growth and customer acquisition? We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to design and implement strategies that drive new customer growth and fuel our business success. This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and onboarding new customers across all segments, helping us scale revenue and expand our market presence in mid-market and enterprise customers. 

As Customer Acquisition Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights, innovative campaigns, and collaboration across teams to achieve ambitious acquisition targets. You will play a key role in building a robust pipeline, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless customer journey that drives lasting impact.

Key responsibilities 

  • Collaboration with partners, marketing team, and other to create lead inflow 

  • Convert inbound leads into deals 

  • Coach 3 team members 

  • Forecasting and reporting 

Customer Acquisition Strategy 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to attract, engage, and convert new customers across multiple channels. 

  • Identify market opportunities and target segments to optimize growth and revenue potential. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement acquisition campaigns that deliver measurable results. 

Pipeline Management & Conversion 

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent progress toward acquisition goals. 

  • Analyze conversion funnels, identify challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce drop-offs. 

  • Leverage digital tools, CRM systems, and data insights to optimize performance and customer engagement. 

Performance Monitoring & Analysis 

  • Monitor and report on key acquisition metrics (such as: cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, ROI,..) 

  • Continuously assess campaign performance, applying a data-driven approach to refine and improve results. 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align acquisition strategies with broader business objectives. 

Customer Journey Optimization 

  • Develop initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to onboarding. 

  • Work cross-functionally to align messaging, positioning, and processes that drive customer satisfaction and retention. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 Account Executives. 

  • Build a high-performing team and a winning culture. 

  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development to enhance team performance. 

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence. 

Job requirements

What we’re looking for 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or growth marketing within a SaaS or software company.

  • Strategic Skills: Proven ability to build, implement, and optimize customer acquisition strategies. 

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive decisions and improve performance. 

  • Customer Focus: Track record of successfully onboarding and converting customers while ensuring an exceptional experience. 

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments to achieve results. 

  • Hands-On Execution: Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-oriented approach. 

  • Language Skills: English native 

  • Leadership skills: Ability to coach a team and manage results

  • Austin-based candidates will maintain a hybrid schedule working from home and in the Austin office (located in Northwest Austin near the Arboretum area) at least 2 days a week.
