Lansweeper is accelerating from product-led to solution-led selling, redefining how we engage with the world's largest enterprises. Following the acquisition of Redjack, we've expanded into cyber asset intelligence — empowering organizations to better understand and reduce their risk landscape.
To drive this transformation, we're hiring a Strategic Account Executive focused on AMER — responsible for 15–20 of Lansweeper's most valuable global enterprise accounts. This is one of the most senior individual contributor roles within our commercial organisation, and plays a central part in our journey from $100M to $500M ARR.
You'll own long-term growth and expansion across our most influential customers, leading the shift from transactional to consultative, value-driven enterprise selling — while collaborating across Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Challenge:
The main challenges you'll face are:
Leading the shift from transactional to consultative, value-driven selling across complex enterprise ecosystems
Building and sustaining multi-stakeholder relationships — from Network Administrators to CIOs and CISOs — across large, matrixed organizations
Aligning internal teams around integrated, outcome-driven solutions rather than feature-level conversations
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow relationships with 15–20 top strategic enterprise accounts across AMER, driving adoption and expansion
Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer IT and business goals
Lead ROI-driven executive engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders
Maintain rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver integrated, value-based solutions
Map large enterprise accounts, build relevant champion networks, and communicate effectively across all buyer personas — from technical teams to the C-suite
Key Requirements:
Hard Skills:
7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS solution sales
Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR growth per year within strategic enterprise accounts
Domain expertise in IT Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Visibility, or related fields
Skilled in executive-level communication, complex negotiations, and value selling
Ability to map large enterprise accounts and build multi-level champion networks across diverse buyer personas
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline in a high-velocity SaaS environment
Soft Skills:
Consultative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Excellent collaborator with a genuine "one team" mindset
Resilient and motivated to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving SaaS environment
AI Specific Skills:
Lansweeper is an AI-native company. In this role, AI fluency means leveraging AI tools to accelerate account research, streamline pipeline management, and sharpen call preparation — for example using tools like Gong, Salesforce Einstein, or ChatGPT to surface insights and build stronger executive narratives. You'll also be expected to confidently position and discuss Lansweeper's AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform in customer conversations, translating its capabilities into tangible business and risk outcomes for enterprise stakeholders.
Team Info:
You'll join the Strategic Enterprise team, working closely with Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product experts. The team consists of 4 global strategic sellers distributed across EMEA and AMER.
