Job description

Context & Impact:
When our product evolves, customers and partners shouldn’t wait for our knowledge to catch up, and neither should our AI. As Sr. Product Enablement Manager, you co-own Lansweeper’s product suites’ knowledge and use AI to capture it and keep it accurate. Then you ensure that AI feeds our courses, certification, and videos that help customers deploy and run Lansweeper with confidence.

You are also the voice of the customer in the Product Enablement team. You speak for customers and to them, with a customer-success mindset, always helping them move forward. Over the next year, your work directly improves how fast customers get value and how accurate our AI is when it answers product questions.

Challenge:
The main challenges you’ll face are:

  • Adding to our central product knowledge repository, within the architecture our team has set up, with the what, where, and why of the product, using AI and the right tagging and metadata

  • Keeping the Academy, our courses, and certification accurate

  • Staying close to the customer: joining the occasional call on a complex deployment, maintaining your own labs, and turning product gaps into practical workarounds and clear feedback for Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-own Lansweeper’s central product knowledge repository, capturing the what, where, and why of the product suites with AI, tagging, and metadata

  • Use AI to keep product knowledge accurate

  • Create and maintain Academy courses, certification, and videos that help customers and partners deploy and run Lansweeper

  • Act as the voice of the customer inside Product Enablement, joining the occasional call on a complex deployment

  • Maintain your own labs, and turn product gaps into practical workarounds and clear feedback for Product Managers

  • Work closely with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Product Enablement colleagues, and external instructional design partners

Job requirements

Key Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • Substantial hands-on experience deploying and running Lansweeper in Classic, hybrid, or Platform environments, as a customer, a partner, or a colleague who works with customers on their environments

  • Experience creating clear technical content, such as documentation, training, courses, or videos

  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to customers, partners and colleagues

  • Experience building and maintaining product knowledge, technical documentation, or Academy content

  • Willingness to travel to Ghent, Austin, or Canada about once a quarter

Soft skills:

  • Customer-success mindset

  • Strong communicator

  • At ease in the spotlight and in the hot seat, with customers and colleagues alike

AI Specific Skills:
Lansweeper is an AI-native company. In this role, AI is part of how you work every day. You use it to capture product knowledge, keep it accurate, find gaps, and improve how well our AI answers product questions. We expect a proven AI-first way of working: you build your own AI workflows, learn fast, experiment as capabilities evolve, and critically assess what AI gives you.

Team Info:
You’ll join the Product Enablement team, working closely with Product Managers, subject matter experts, and external instructional design partners.
Team size: 5 members including you, based across Belgium, Canada, and the US.

How to apply:
With your application, tell us which Lansweeper environments you’ve deployed or run, and share an example of an AI workflow you built or use regularly: what it does, what it replaced or saved, and what you learned. Applications without the above will not be considered.

About Lansweeper:

Lansweeper is the AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform helping IT and Security teams gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and scale automation with confidence.

In today’s complex IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments, fragmented asset data slows decisions and increases risk. We transform raw asset data into a continuously validated, trusted source of truth — so teams can move faster and act with certainty.

With Lansweeper, organizations can:

See – Truly complete visibility across hybrid environments
Know – Enriched asset intelligence with lifecycle and risk context
Act – Automate workflows, coordinate remediation, and enforce policy at scale

From universal asset discovery to AI-powered intelligence, we provide the shared foundation modern IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation teams rely on.

Our culture:

We’re built on four core values:

One Team – United across boundaries
We Care – Customers and people at the center
We Grow – Learning, sharing, improving
We Deliver – Focusing on what truly matters

Pay Transparency:

At Lansweeper, every role is assigned to a level defined by three things: the expertise it requires, the complexity it involves, and the scope of impact it carries.

Each level maps to a salary band based on salary benchmarks from the Software/SaaS industry of your country, so your pay reflects what the market pays for comparable roles.

For the United States, the salary depends on the candidate’s location and is discussed with the recruiter.

Where you land within that range depends on the expertise you bring, the complexity you have navigated, the scope of impact you have owned, and your track record of delivering results in comparable roles — the same criteria applied consistently to every candidate.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.

AI Usage during Hiring Process:

We use AI to support and not replace during the hiring process. HR decisions are made by our talent acquisition team. You can request more info at any time via [email protected]

Diversity Statement:

It is Lansweeper’s policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.

Lansweeper disapproves of, and will not tolerate, unlawful discrimination against any applicant or employee because of race, color, national origin or ancestry, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity, age, religion, disability, family care status, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal laws.
