Job description
Principal Product Manager – ISV & Integrations
Context & Impact:
Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to take strategic ownership of our ISV and integrations domain. This isn't a role that sits above the work — it's one that drives it. You'll shape how Lansweeper embeds its capabilities into partner ecosystems, defines integration strategy across domains, and sets the standard other Product Managers measure themselves against.
Over the next six to twelve months, success means the ISV and integrations domain has a clear, defensible strategy, active partner relationships that are moving forward, and a growing footprint of embedded capabilities across the ecosystem.
Challenge:
The main challenges you'll face are:
Earning trust across a complex partner ecosystem. ISV and integration work means navigating relationships with resellers, MSPs, and independent software vendors — each with their own priorities. Building the credibility to drive alignment across those relationships, while also managing internal stakeholders, takes a PM who has genuinely done this before.
Operating across domains without losing depth. As a Principal PM, you won't just own one domain — you'll influence strategy across the broader product organisation. Staying sharp on ISV and integrations while contributing credibly at initiative level requires both breadth and discipline.
Holding the bar in a high-performing team. Lansweeper's Product organisation is mature and the expectations are genuinely high. You won't just need to hold your own — you'll be the standard others measure themselves against.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape initiative-level strategy across domains as a genuine thought partner to the Product Leadership Team, with a primary focus on ISV partnerships and integrations
Research and build the business case for company-level bets, including opportunities to embed Lansweeper's capabilities into partner platforms and ecosystems
Define what good discovery and validation look like across the organisation — set the standard, don't just follow it
Engage prospects, customers, and partners at the most senior level to validate roadmap direction, including ISV partners, resellers, and MSPs
Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle — from requirements and prototypes through to delivery — and step into any domain's delivery problem when it matters most
Build and evolve Lansweeper's partner ecosystem, including ISV relationships, integration partners, resellers, and MSPs
Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement, in close partnership with Product Marketing
Shape how the Product organisation works — contribute to standards, practices, and the hiring bar
Key Requirements:
Hard skills:
10+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS — this is a hard floor, not a guideline
Proven track record of owning complex, data-driven products end to end, including coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
Direct experience working with ISV partners, integration ecosystems, or embedded product capabilities — managing integrations, embedding features into partner platforms, or building out a partner channel is highly relevant
Strong market research skills and experience building business cases for company-level product bets
Fluency across multiple communication formats — live presentations, written specs, partner briefings, webinars, and more
Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise stakeholders at every level of seniority, including resellers, MSPs, and integration partners
Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure, or adjacent domains is a plus — not a requirement
Soft skills:
Resilient and adaptable — you absorb reprioritisation without losing your footing, and you bring your team along with you
Collaborative by default — you pull people together across functions and understand that driving something from start to finish means more than staying in your lane
Self-driven — you identify what's next, build the case, and move; you don't wait to be told
AI Specific Skills:
Lansweeper is an AI-native company and we need people aligned with that strategy. People who are genuinely curious about AI and have a proven trackrecord in empowering their workflows with AI agents.
Team Info:
You'll join Lansweeper's Product Management team — a mature, high-performing group working across distinct product domains. Cross-functional collaboration is central to how you'll operate, working closely day-to-day with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing from discovery through to go-to-market. As a Principal PM, you'll also contribute beyond your own domain, helping to raise the bar across the broader product organisation.
Our Offer:
Our offer is country-specific and will be discussed with you according to what’s relevant in your case before our first call.
About Lansweeper:
Lansweeper is the AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform helping IT and Security teams gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and scale automation with confidence.
In today's complex IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments, fragmented asset data slows decisions and increases risk. We transform raw asset data into a continuously validated, trusted source of truth — so teams can move faster and act with certainty.
With Lansweeper, organisations can:
See – Truly complete visibility across hybrid environments
Know – Enriched asset intelligence with lifecycle and risk context
Act – Automate workflows, coordinate remediation, and enforce policy at scale
From universal asset discovery to AI-powered intelligence, we provide the shared foundation modern IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation teams rely on.
Our culture:
We're built on four core values:
One Team – United across boundaries
We Care – Customers and people at the center
We Grow – Learning, sharing, improving
We Deliver – Focusing on what truly matters
Pay Transparency:
At Lansweeper, every role is assigned to a level defined by three things: the expertise it requires, the complexity it involves, and the scope of impact it carries.
Each level maps to a salary band based on salary benchmarks from the Software/SaaS industry of your country, so your pay reflects what the market pays for comparable roles.
The gross salary range for this role depends on the country where the candidate will be hired — discuss salary expectations with the recruiter.
Where you land within that range depends on the expertise you bring, the complexity you have navigated, the scope of impact you have owned, and your track record of delivering results in comparable roles — the same criteria applied consistently to every candidate.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
AI Usage during Hiring Process:
We use AI to support and not replace during the hiring process. HR decisions are made by our talent acquisition team. You can request more info at any time via [email protected]
Diversity Statement:
It is Lansweeper's policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
Lansweeper disapproves of, and will not tolerate, unlawful discrimination against any applicant or employee because of race, color, national origin or ancestry, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity, age, religion, disability, family care status, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal laws.
