Job description
Lead Product Manager
Context & Impact:
Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we need a Lead Product Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain. You'll own strategy and delivery, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sure the right things get built in the right order.
Over the next six to twelve months, success means your domain has a clear, defensible roadmap, strong stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery — with more shipped with confidence.
Challenge:
The main challenges you'll face are:
Ruthless prioritisation under pressure. Priorities shift and stakeholders push. Your job is to cut through the noise, make the call, and bring people along without losing momentum.
Cross-functional orchestration without formal authority. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing. Getting alignment when timelines are tight or requirements are fuzzy requires both rigour and relationship.
Holding your own in a high-performing team. Lansweeper's Product organisation is mature and the bar is genuinely high. Making your mark here takes a PM with real battle scars and the judgement to apply them.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and defend your domain roadmap, including presenting it in Product Leadership Team forums
Research opportunities, build the case for domain-level bets, and articulate the trade-offs leadership needs to weigh
Set the research approach for your domain and decide when validation is sufficient to move forward
Engage prospects and customers directly to gather feedback on existing capabilities and what's coming next
Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle — from requirements and prototypes through to delivery
Take accountability for delivery quality and pace across the entire domain, and resolve cross-domain blockers before they escalate
Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement, in close partnership with Product Marketing
Coach other Product Managers in your domain — including career conversations — without formal management authority
Key Requirements:
Hard skills:
7+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally 10+ years for a candidate stepping in at full Lead level
Proven track record of owning a product domain end to end, including coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong market research skills and experience building structured proposals for new product opportunities
Fluency across multiple communication formats — live presentations, written specs, stakeholder readouts, webinars, and more
Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders at varying seniority levels, including partners such as resellers, MSPs, or integration partners, is a strong plus
Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure, or adjacent domains is a plus — not a requirement
Soft skills:
Resilient and adaptable — you absorb reprioritisation without losing your footing, and you bring your team along with you
Collaborative by default — you pull people together across functions and understand that driving something from start to finish means more than staying in your lane
Self-driven — you identify what's next, build the case, and move
AI Specific Skills:
Lansweeper is an AI-native company. Above all else we want people who align with that narrative. People who are genuinely curious about AI and have proven experience in significantly impacting their workflows with it.
Team Info:
You'll join Lansweeper's Product Management team — a mature, high-performing group working across distinct product domains. Cross-functional collaboration is central to how you'll operate, working closely day-to-day with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing from discovery through to go-to-market.
Our Offer:
Our offer is country-specific, we will go over the details relevant to you before or during our first interaction.
About Lansweeper:
Lansweeper is the AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform helping IT and Security teams gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and scale automation with confidence.
In today's complex IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments, fragmented asset data slows decisions and increases risk. We transform raw asset data into a continuously validated, trusted source of truth — so teams can move faster and act with certainty.
With Lansweeper, organisations can:
See – Truly complete visibility across hybrid environments
Know – Enriched asset intelligence with lifecycle and risk context
Act – Automate workflows, coordinate remediation, and enforce policy at scale
From universal asset discovery to AI-powered intelligence, we provide the shared foundation modern IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation teams rely on.
Our culture:
We're built on four core values:
One Team – United across boundaries
We Care – Customers and people at the center
We Grow – Learning, sharing, improving
We Deliver – Focusing on what truly matters
Pay Transparency:
At Lansweeper, every role is assigned to a level defined by three things: the expertise it requires, the complexity it involves, and the scope of impact it carries.
Each level maps to a salary band based on salary benchmarks from the Software/SaaS industry of your country, so your pay reflects what the market pays for comparable roles.
The gross salary range for this role depends on the country where the candidate will be hired — discuss salary expectations with the recruiter.
Where you land within that range depends on the expertise you bring, the complexity you have navigated, the scope of impact you have owned, and your track record of delivering results in comparable roles — the same criteria applied consistently to every candidate.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
AI Usage during Hiring Process:
We use AI to support and not replace during the hiring process. HR decisions are made by our talent acquisition team. You can request more info at any time via [email protected]
Diversity Statement:
It is Lansweeper's policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
Lansweeper disapproves of, and will not tolerate, unlawful discrimination against any applicant or employee because of race, color, national origin or ancestry, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity, age, religion, disability, family care status, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal laws.
