HR Generalist Intern

Context & Impact

We’re hiring an HR Generalist Intern to support the HR team at Lansweeper. We’re building the foundation that IT and Security teams worldwide depend on. If you want to own real problems, move fast, a build things that matte, this is where you belong.

As an HR intern you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employer branding, and learning & development. You’ll own real projects and learn from experienced HR colleagues. We also encourage you to explore AI tools that improve our HR workflows, and we’ll give you room to test them.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: Support the full hiring process, from drafting job postings and screening CVs to scheduling interviews and keeping candidates informed. Help new hires settle in smoothly by preparing their first-day experience and onboarding materials.

• HR Administration & payroll support: Keep employee records accurate and up to date, prepare contracts and HR documents, and support the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the HR team.

• Employer Branding & engagement: Help us show what it’s like to work at Lansweeper through social media content, campaigns, and internal events. Support initiatives that keep our 400+ colleagues connected and engaged. Help organize internal events.

• Learning & Development: Assist in organizing trainings and development programs, track participation, and gather feedback so we can keep improving how our colleagues grow.

• HR Projects: Take ownership of your own project alongside your day-to-day tasks, for example improving a process, analyzing HR data, or exploring how AI can make HR work smarter.

Requirements

• Studying HR, Management, Business Administration, or a similar field, with a basic knowledge of social legislation.

• Enthusiastic about discovering the world of HR in an international tech company, with a broad and active interest in IT.

• Fluent in English (a must).

• Based in Belgium, with the ability to work from our Ghent office at least 3 days per week.

• You have great people skills and enjoy helping others.

• You handle confidential information with care.

• You manage your own workload and flag issues early.

• You take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through.

• You are eager to learn, open to (constructive) feedback, and keen to explore AI tools that make HR work more efficient.
