Field Sales Enablement Specialist
Context & Impact:
Lansweeper is scaling fast — and as we accelerate our PLG to SLG transition, we need to upskill our global sales organization from transactional selling to strategic, value-based selling and use case driven selling.
This is our first dedicated Sales Enablement hire focused purely on Field Sales Enablement, making this a high impact, build from scratch opportunity.
Your mission:
Drive measurable improvements in win rate, ramp time, and expansion revenue by equipping our sellers with the right sales methodology, coaching, AI tools, and certification frameworks.
In your first 6–12 months, you will focus on:
Delivering quick wins in reskilling & upskilling global sales teams
Building a scalable Seller Certification framework
Integrating AI-powered sales enablement & coaching workflows
The main challenges you'll face are:
Driving adoption of value-based selling in a historically product-led motion
Aligning global sales methodology & enablement programs across global regions
Building structured, scalable enablement while the business continues to grow rapidly
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and deliver a Global Sales Enablement curriculum covering value-based selling, use-case selling, and strategic account development
Facilitate virtual sales training, live coaching, role plays, and seller certifications to ensure field readiness
Partner with Head of Revenue Enablement, Sales Directors, Sales Managers and CS Leadership to improve GTM performance, win rates, and expansion revenue
Develop AI-driven enablement initiatives including AI-powered coaching tools, prompt engineering frameworks, and scalable workflow reinforcement (in collaboration with technical teams)
Leverage Sales Enablement & Sales Tech stack (Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms, Conversation Intelligence, Enablement Platforms) to build digital playbooks integrated into CRM workflows
Key Requirements:
Hard skills:
5+ years experience in a quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales role (deal closing, technical solution selling)
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Training
Proven experience implementing and coaching on sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), Conversation Intelligence (Gong/Chorus), and Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Showpad, Seismic, Mindtickle)
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into sales enablement, including AI-powered coaching, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
(Experience in Cybersecurity, ITAM, Asset Intelligence or PLG → SLG transition is a strong plus.)
Soft skills:
Exceptional coaching, facilitation & presentation skills — able to command a room of new and tenured sellers
Deep empathy for sales teams combined with strong performance orientation
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences
