Lansweeper keeps on expanding! We are currently looking for a Sr. Channel Manager for Emerging markets covering Greece, Turkey, Middle East and Africa as well as Eastern Europe. This position can be based in Turkey and You will play a key role in realizing the huge potential of our Partner ecosystem as we look to scale through partners.

A day in the life of

Define, Onboard, Manage, Develop, Understand

  • You define (together with the Head of Channel Partners of EMEA) the regional growth strategy in alignment with company and team priorities
  • You onboard new partners by showing them the power of Lansweeper and the mutual value of a partnership.
  • You manage existing partners and distributors with a focus on demand generation, pipeline management and sales enablement.
  • You develop business plans and co-marketing activities with managed partners to drive demand and pipeline with new customers and grow Lansweeper’s footprint in the region
  • You understand the local culture, regulations and barriers to entry in certain markets and are able to find creative solutions to overcoming obstacles
  • You work together with the Global Channel Partners team to create and improve all partner program-related content (training & certification, best practices, marketing materials, etc.).
  • You approve partner leads, monitor their opportunities and boost partner revenue while maintaining a close relationship.
  • You report to our Head of Channel Partners - EMEA based in Belgium and you represent your KPI's and project updates to management regularly.
  • You grow with the company and the Partner Program, in which we're heavily investing.

I have (needed requirements)

  • more than 8 years of experience in channel sales, account management and/or sales enablement in IT.
  • fluency in English, native speaker in Turkish and/or Arabic. Any other languages is an asset.
  • Previous professional experiences in the defined geography
  • a proven track record of boosting commercial growth by showcasing best practices to maximize engagement and opportunity development.
  • developed a network of business contacts in the region
  • detailed writing and excellent presentation skills, along with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • a broad interest in and good knowledge of IT.
