A day in the life of

Analyze, Recruit, Support

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z, which all starts with optimizing our employer branding strategy. Besides this, you will support our HR team in various tasks and projects.

  • You schedule an intake with the hiring manager, analyze vacancies and know exactly what we are looking for. You actively search for candidates through various channels and you are the first point of contact for hiring managers, applicants and external partners (interim and recruitment agencies).
  • You do the pre-screening and selection of incoming CV’s and you conduct the first interviews with the candidates. You keep track of all applicants, make sure they receive feedback and treat them with the necessary discretion.
  • You convince the right candidates on why Lansweeper is a great place to work.
  • You will focus on our open positions in US, but will also support global recruitment.
  • You coordinate the recruitment process and follow up with all necessary stakeholders (applicant, hiring manager, HRBP…).
  • You work on our employer brand together with marketing and look for opportunities to improve the visibility of our company.
  • You support our HR team in various projects (onboarding, happy@work group, learning and development…).
  • You apply GDPR requirements in your daily work and advice on best practices if needed.
  • You report into our Chief Human Resources Officer.

Job requirements

  • at least 5 years of relevant experience as Recruiter (white collar profiles).
