People Operations Manager Belgium

A day in the life of


  • You will oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees in Belgium and answer all employees’ queries related to HR.
  • You create and implement local HR policies and processes.
  • You support local leaders in several people topics.
  • You support and prepare all regulatory and legal documents related to personnel management.
  • You act as a champion for the company culture and support our leaders and employees, allowing the company to develop and grow. 
  • You are responsible for the Belgian payroll, benefits and fleet.
  • You ensure all employee data is correct and up to date in our systems.
  • You own employee relations matters, liaising with your colleagues and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • You assist in improving HR Operations processes, policies & guidelines and make sure they are compliant with local labour laws and regulations.
  • You participate in global HR and organizational projects to increase performance, engagement, wellbeing and DEI.
  • You will report into the People Ops Director and work closely with the People Ops Managers in our other locations.

I have (a)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Getting things done mentality and passion for people
