Fing and Lansweeper joined forces to tackle the challenges faced by many in a world of connected devices. Fing is global leader in IoT device recognition with a database of over 1 billion uniquely identified devices. Lansweeper is an IT Asset Management solution that builds and maintains a system of record on the enterprise IT estate.

We are building an “Incubator team” within Lansweeper that will be fully dedicated to leverage our unique technology and to make it available to third parties to be embedded in their products and solutions. The mission of our Incubator Team is to build the “Lansweeper for developers” portfolio of products. In order to achieve our objective, the team will act as an entrepreneur to undertake all the activities needed to fully realize a product and a business. The team will transform components of our technology into an independent product with a solid business model that can scale up and it will tap into new markets and stimulate the development of new value propositions for our customers.

The incubator team’s tasks will range from evolving the product based on customer’s feedback to creating use cases and content to support our marketing campaigns, to working with the development team to ensure that our technology is fully productized, to setting up the go-to market strategy and be ready to sell it to our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated talent to join our Incubator Team. As a well-rounded Marketeer, you cover a wide spectrum of marketing tasks and collaborate with several stakeholders internally and externally. You are responsible for designing and maintaining the marketing strategy of our new products that are part of the “Lansweeper for developers” portfolio.


This position will be in either our Belgium (Grembergen) or Italian (Rome) or Irish (Dublin) or British (London) offices.

Job requirements

What will you day look like?

  • You are responsible for building the overall Marketing Strategy for each of the products that are part of “Lansweeper for developers” portfolio.
  • You'll work on brand identity, awareness and recognition with the Marketing Team
  • You will manage the content and the demand generation plan for the dedicated website pages to “Lansweeper for developers” in collaboration with different stakeholders
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, you create & design advertising & marketing materials to support our digital marketing strategy (incl. "Lansweeper for Developers" events)
    (website landing page, banners, website images, email images & templates, icons, social media images & thumbnails,...).
  • You will manage the content strategy (i.e. email, blog posts, social media campaigns, community, forums etc)
  • You maintain PowerPoint presentations for webinar & event presentations, sales decks, monthly meeting
  • Monitor and manage the funnel to drive quantity and quality of leads 
  • You advise on improvements to our Lead Generation/Lead Conversion approaches in collaboration with the Demand Generation Manager

I have a

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in different marketing roles
  • Thorough knowledge of written and spoken English (CEFR B2)
  • Strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)
  • IT savviness & commercial awareness
  • Strong affinity with the IT (software) market
  • Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally and externally
  • Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills

Going for gold?

  • 6+ years B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience
  • Experience within a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments (flexibility)
  • International experience would be beneficial
