With the recent acquisition from Lansweeper, Cloudockit is rapidly growing its global market, we now need an Inside Sales Representative focusing on the Mid-Market segment of Cloudockit to help us attract and convince new clients. In your role, you will grow relationships with clients from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring a smooth purchasing process, great customer service, and helping them through the renewal process.

Cloudockit has the capabilities of scanning enterprise clouds and deliver architecture diagrams and detailed technical documentation of their infrastructures. Cloudockit has generated over 3,000,000 documents for clients from around the world like Microsoft, CGI, Maersk, KPMG, American Red Cross, Inditex (Zara), and more.

Working with a dynamic and driven team, you will help Cloudockit achieve new heights in this fast-growing market.


A day in the life of:

  • You’re responsible for developing relationships with customers globaly.
  • You review the customer’s needs and Cloudockit usage over video meetings.
  • You identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and let no prospect pass by.
  • You provide potential customers with a general overview of Cloudockit’s capabilities during screen sharing sessions.
  • You communicate with IT pros, managers, and purchasers via email and over the phone.
  • You process purchase orders in our payment system and ensure payment from customers.
  • You communicate with customers for renewal reminders and ensure they are aware of all new features.
  • You join in on diverse projects that support and drive Cloudockit’s growth.
  • You progress in your career by continuously learning and expanding your skillset.
  • You share improvements to processes, our software, and customer experience.
